East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic

Not discoverd until the 18th century and thought to be the result of crossbreeding sweet Barbasian oranges with Indonesian citrust fruit pomelo, East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic delivers the ultimate citrus balance.

Using a blend of ruby red grapefruit and the South East Asian Pomelo, East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic Water was inspired by legendary 1930's mixologist Harry Craddock who spoke of using this 'forbidden fruit' when he worked at iconic London drinking establishments The Savoy and The Dorchester.

East Imperial Tonic Waters are inspired by a traditonal family recipe from 1903, whose original, hand-picked ingredients were tracked down and sourced to create the best complement to premium spirits.

Tasting Notes:

Round and lavish initial palate, packed with pomelo and citrus oil. Finishes with a generous hit of ruby red grapefruit zest.
