How much is it?
Super simple if you live on any of the two big islands: $5 per order, or free shipping on orders over $80. There is a catch: if you live on a smaller rock like Stewart Is, Waiheke Is, Great Mercury or the Chathams, $8.50 probably won't cover our freight costs, so we reserve the right to increase our freight charges to reflect this. If you think this applies to you either contact us before purchasing, or go through the checkout process as usual, then we will contact you with some delivery options or refund you asap (no cost to you). We know what its like, we live in a more rural part of NZ, so we'll do our best to soften the blow by covering packaging costs ourselves and only passing on courier charges at cost.
When and how does Simply Pure deliver?
Our goal is to ship within one business day of your funds clearing. Our preferred couriers are Post Haste. We provide you with the tracking number of your parcel.
What if I need my order urgently?
Please contact us so that we can confirm with our couriers how quickly they are able to deliver. Saturday delivery is only available by special request.
What if I’m not at home?
We require someone to sign for all deliveries. If the delivery location is unattended the product will not be left, it will be returned to the depot, and you will either be called by the courier company or a card will be left in your letterbox or by the door. If you have special delivery requirements please leave instructions during checkout.
I won’t be home, but my 17 year old will be?
We are sorry, but Simply Pure takes its social and legal responsibilities very seriously. Our products cannot be delivered to anyone under 18 years of age. In fact if you look under 25 years of age you may have to provide I.D. to the couriers upon delivery. Remember, if you use our site to purchase alcohol and are under 18 years of age, then you are breaking the law.
Is my purchase insured while in transit?
Yes, all products are insured to your door. We carefully package everything that leaves the distillery. Should something arrive obviously damaged please do not accept delivery. To expedite a replacement let us know asap. If you only notice damage while unpacking, please photograph any damage to packaging and product and let us know within three days (any longer and the couriers will not accept a claim).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Simply Pure our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should you wish to return any product, you may do so within 21 days of receipt. We are happy to exchange any product with something more suitable or provide a full refund, providing we have received the original goods, unopened and in saleable condition. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements. Outside of 21 days of receipt, replacement or refunding of any returned goods is solely at the discretion of Simply Pure (specific details below).
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you believe our product is faulty, please contact us with your concerns as soon as possible. We will deal with your concern in a fair, confidential, and speedy manner within five working days.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind on a product purchased from us, you can receive a full refund. Purchases must be returned unopened and in saleable condition, within 21 days of receipt.
Purchases must be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.
We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.
To protect your return from damage during delivery please use strong external packaging. Please send your item to:

Please remember to ask for a receipt as proof of return and to track your delivery. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
We will provide a refund in the same form as your original payment. We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund. It should take no more than an additional 4–5 business days for the refund to show in your account (refunds made via Shopify are subject to Shopify's own conditions). If there are any delays we will endeavour to keep you informed.
