The Conservationist Cocktail Recipe

A sumptious blend of our award winning Black Robin Gin and the citrus burst of fresh persimmon juice, The Conservationist cocktail is an easy to make fun and fruity gin cocktail that will impress any summer party guests. Make sure to add a garnish that wows as much as the cocktail will!

Ingredients:

> 45ml Black Robin Gin
> 30ml Fresh Persimmon Juice
> 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
> 10ml Sugar Syrup
> Capsicum
> Kaffir Lime Leaves

Method:

Add all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Using a hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer, double strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass and top with soda water. Garnish with an edible flower.
